UHMW-PE SLIDES

Bottom Line slides are made with virgin UHMW-PE.  We do not use regrind in our materials.  Our Rotary Extrusion method makes our slides denser than other plunger made poly slides. You can tell the quality of the slides by looking at the surface and how straight the slides are. If there are “waves” in the material, and if the slides are highly curled, they are made with less dense material and won’t last as long.

Bottom Line slides are long lasting and durable.  Our slides have a unique wear indicator groove so you can see when it’s time to replace them.

Graphite Slides have impregnated graphite in the materials for more slippery slide.

They are available in the most popular profiles to fit most current machines. Made to OEM specifications and pre-drilled holes for easy installation. Simply cut to length and install. Sold each.
